T-A-G™ is not working with my iPhone, what should I do?
Make sure that you touch T-A-G™ with the back of your iPhone - the sweet spot of an iPhone is on the top of the back of your device
T-A-G™ cannot be read if:
- on your phone in Airplane mode is enabled
- on your phone, the flashlight is on
- the screen of your smartphone is off
- the smart camera is activated
- your smartphone not on the list of compatible smartphones |
T-A-G™ doesn't work with my Android smartphone, what should I do?
Make sure that you touch T-A-G™ with the back of your Android in the middle, the sweet spot of an Android is in the center of the back of your device
Activate the NFC function
To switch your NFC function on, go to the gear symbol - Connections - move the - NFC is activated
T-A-G™ cannot be read if:
- your screen is locked
- the smartphone camera is activated |

Where do I put my T-A-G™?
For iPhones: Place your T-A-G™ on the bottom of your phone. If you place it at the top, it will set off your phone's reader constantly!
For most Androids: Place your T-A-G™ on the bottom as well.
For Galaxies/Notes: Place your T-A-G™ at the top of your phone by your camera!
T-A-G™ can also be placed anywhere you want. You can put a T-A-G™:
- on your laptop
- in your car
- on a restaurant table
- in your office
- in an open house
- the possibilities are endless!
The T-A-G™ doesn't communicate to the phone it is on, it communicates to the phone it is sharing info to. |
How do I activate a T-A-G™?
To activate a T-A-G™, you need to download the T-A-G™ app the App Store or play store.
After you have registered, you can customize your profile that your T-A-G™ should share.
Now touch your T-A-G™ sticker to activate and register it.

Can T-A-G™ be used with any smartphone?
Your T-A-G™ can be used with almost all smartphones. ( compatible smartphones ) |

Does the other person who wants to receive my data need an app or a T-A-G™?
No, the other person does not need an app or a T-A-G™ to receive your data. There are very few smartphones on which the transmission of the data by touching the T-A-G™ cannot work, see list of compatible smartphones .
If the smartphone is not listed, use the T-A-G™ QR code to share your profile. You can find the QR code in the T-A-G™ app. |
Can I have multiple T-A-G™s linked to one T-A-G™ account?
Yes you can. With the T-A-G™ app, you can activate as many T-A-G™s as you want with one account. Log into your account, touch the T-A-G™ that you want to activate and register it. |
Is my T-A-G™ waterproof?
Yes, your T-A-G™ is waterproof. |

Yes, T-A-G™ works despite a mobile phone case (metal coatings are excluded)

How can I share my profiles with the devices that are not compatible?
With iPhones older than iPhone 5S and with almost all Androids, you can use your camera to scan the T-A-G™ QR code. You can find your QR tag code button in the bottom left of your T-A-G™ app. |
Can a T-A-G™ disrupt the skills of my charging station?
No, T-A-G™ has no effect on the capabilities of your charging station. |
Which smartphones can I share my T-A-G™ profile with?
iPhones XR, XS, XS Max, 11, 11 Pro, 11 Pro Max, SE and all iPhones of the future are compatible with T-A-G™ (see list of compatible devices)
With iPhone 7 to 9 smartphones, the T-A-G’S can be read with a T-A-G™ app or by activating the NFC in the control center. If the NFC function is not available, you can download it as an app.
Almost all Android smartphones are compatible with T-A-G™. Here you can find the list of compatible devices . Please make sure your device is on the list. |
How can I turn on NFC on Androids?
By default, NFC is deactivated on many androids. If your Android doesn't read T-A-G’s, go to your smartphone settings and search for NFC to make sure it's on. If necessary, slide the latch to activate NFC. |
